Return Policy and Cancelations

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Cozy Friends Studio. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and undamaged, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable number of days.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that are damaged, used, or not in their original condition are not eligible for a return or refund.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled for a full refund as long as they have not yet shipped. Please contact customer support with your order number to request a cancellation.
